Support in Canada for the expansion of Kinder Morgan Canada Ltd’s contentious Trans Mountain pipeline is rising, according to a poll released on Wednesday, even as British Columbia said it would file a legal challenge by month-end.Two out of three Canadians now say that the government of British Columbia is wrong to try to block the $7.4 billion pipeline, according to a poll by the Angus Reid Institute, a 10-percentage point increase since February.
